Hi, I’m Ang!

I’m a certified Master Health Coach, as well as a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. I have been in the fitness and health industry for over 10 years and have a passion for helping people develop a healthy relationship with food exercise, and their bodies.

Why? For over a decade, I feared food, hated my body, and used exercise as punishment. I felt so frustrated and so alone and I didn’t want that for others. I decided to turn my mess into my mission: To help others understand their bodies and feel unstoppable.

I want you to know:

  • I believe that everybody is a good body and I’ll scream it from the rooftops until I lose my voice.

  • I get high on other people’s breakthroughs.

  • I will shake my ass with you to celebrate your wins.

  • You will feel my virtual hug through the zoom screen if you get emotional during a session.

In addition to helping others reach their goals without diets, I am also a lululemon ambassador, mom, wife, and hummus connoisseur. I love chocolate and tiny spoons too!
