If you can’t make it live, you can still sweat with us with a replay of our sweaty shenanigans. If you decide to go back to your gym, GREAT! You can put Ang in your pocket and take her with you.

MON | 9am Total Body MIIX* (35min) + 530pm SPIN (45 min/rhythm ride)
WED | 530pm Total Body MIIX (40min)
THURS | 530pm SPIN (45 min/rhythm ride)
SAT | 9am Total Body (35min MIIX) + 9:45am SPIN (45 min/rhythm ride)

* MIIX is a mix of high + low intensity. Can’t jump? Just starting to workout? No problem. Modifications (aka pathways to success) will ALWAY be given. SweatClub is for every body, every level. Angela meets you at your base and you’ll always leave feeling like a badass.
**If you have resistance bands, weights or weight like household items ie canned goods/wine bottles, gliders (or towels/socks)– have them handy +ready. (No equipment? no worries! Everything can be done with your body.)
PERSONAL TRAINING: Need a little more personal attention to fix form, up your game, or take you from “base to badass”– just shoot Angela an email.
SOCIALS: Currently on hold. SweatClub meets once a month at local businesses to sweat, have fun, and create community while supporting community. #sweatlocal
CORPORATE WELLNESS: Have a work group you want to do a team building sweat sesh with? Want Angela to come speak to your school, gal pals, work team about any and all aspects of working out or adopting positive mindset?
