Every workout will leave you feeling more connected to yourself/others, a little lighter, and a whole lot stronger!

Right now there will be a combo of Zoom Room and outdoor workouts! WHOOP WOOP!

*Socially Distanced Sweat Deets: Bring a mat and resistance bands (if you have them. Angela will have some for you too). We are dancing with Rebecca and then getting stronger in body and mind with Angela.
