First rule of SweatClub: Tell everyone about SweatClub

So…what the heck is SweatClub? Somewhere along the line, we started overestimating our weaknesses and underestimating our greatness. SweatClub promises to prove that you are stronger than you give yourself credit for.

SweatClub is a fun, as challenging as you want to make it, body positive workout designed by personal trainer and lululemon ambassador, Angela Beaulieu, to help you create confidence through sweat.

What can you expect at a SweatClub workout? You can expect to get sweaty. You can expect your mind and body to be challenged. You can expect to have fun. You can expect to get uncomfortable and become part of a community ready to lift you up.

If you have a body, you can workout with us. All levels and genders welcome. Haven’t worked out in years? Work out every day? We believe modifications are pathways to success.
